supportbook aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on every page, the inbox included, and on the form it gives each shop.

What we do

Text contrast is measured by a script on every deploy, in light and dark mode. Every control is reachable by keyboard with a visible focus ring, and every touch target is at least 44 pixels. A message marked to read first says so in words as well as with its heavier border. The form has a label on every field, needs no JavaScript, and answers with a page that says plainly whether the message arrived.

Known gaps

The inbox needs JavaScript to send its key. While the message store is not connected and the mail path is set, each message arrives by email instead.
