These terms are between you and PaintedApp, LLC, reachable at support@painted.app.

What supportbook is

supportbook is the support inbox for the shops in our own family of businesses. A shop puts one form on its contact page; each message sent through it reaches one inbox, where a person reads it beside the order it is about and a first draft taken from the shop's own pages. There is no charge to write to a shop, and the inbox is not sold to anyone outside the family.

If you write to a shop

Your message goes to the people who run that shop, and a person answers it by email. No reply time is promised, because none has been published. Please do not send card numbers or passwords through the form; the shop never needs them to answer you.

Drafts and replies

A draft is a starting point for the person answering, built only from the shop's published pages. supportbook never sends a reply on its own. It writes no draft at all for a message about a crisis, or for a legal question sent to one of our document decoders; a person answers those directly, and nothing in a reply from a decoder is legal advice.

If you are in danger

The form is read by people, and not around the clock. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number now.

Fair use

The form takes ten messages from one sender in ten minutes, at most 8 KB each. Messages sent by automated tools are discarded.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, supportbook is provided as it stands, and our liability for it is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nothing. These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA.
